Returns and Refunds

Unsatisfactory Products

If for any reason, you should find the product to be unsatisfactory, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

For hygiene reasons, Night Rolls, Neck Rolls and Airbacks must be unused and returned in their original packaging. When testing the Neck rolls please keep them in their plastic packaging.

The product and its packaging must be returned in excellent condition for a refund, less postage costs. Please use extra caution when packing books, to avoid damage. Note: Products returned damaged, due to unsatisfactory packaging, will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT: The cost of returning a product you no longer want is your responsibility. The product can only be returned by a tracked door to door courier service.

Faulty Products

All products purchased from McKenzie Global Limited are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for prompt action. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
