Did the job.
I found this book very useful. Exercises are definitely useful and they make you aware of a proper neck posture. Everything is described in detail and everything is clear: which exercises to do, in what order, what to expect etc. I recommend it.
This book was recommended by a friend from the nursing profession and has proved to be invaluable. By following the exercise programme I am now pain free most of the time and when I slip back to an incorrect posture and the pain returns, be it less severe than it was originally, it takes no time at all to clear by following the exercise programme. Highly recommend it.
Succinct but solid advice. The book is brief but the guidance is good. Basic tips on posture, and simple neck exercises to alleviate tightness.
I’ve only been practicing the methods in this book for a couple days and am feeling much much better. Highly recommend
